Roca Serena is a private urbanization on the Cala Serena in the municipality of Felanitx on the island of Majorca in Spain.

Our community consists of 64 single and row houses and an integrated private pool with another building.

The residential area is surrounded by a Mallorcan wall with an automated large gate entrance and a private street within the complex. The plot is park-like with extensive lawns and old trees.

 

The location right on the sea offers a panoramic sea view. The beautiful beach of Cala Serena is within a few minutes walk.
